All the Terms and Conditions below have been expressed keeping Individuals/Corporates in view.

User Agreement You (the user) can access eMindKPO.com ("the site"), subject to the terms and conditions of use, as changed / updated from time to time entirely at the discretion of eMind Back Office Private Limited, as set out below. The term of this Agreement shall continue and would be in force till the time you access this site and its services and you agree that you are bound by the terms as mentioned herein. Nothing in these Terms of Service should be construed to confer any rights to third party beneficiaries.

Eligibility and Registration

You must be 18 years or older to use the eMindKPO.com service. By registering for the eMindKPO.com service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Service. Information collected on the eMindKPO.com website is stored and used to company incorporations, compile accounts, payroll processing, prepare and electronically file users' tax returns, as well as notify you when new/enhanced products and services become available. We do not disclose user information (including email address) to third parties except when the user requests to e-file their return. In just case, we will disclose information to the appropriate government officials if the law so compels us. We only communicate with users when necessary, such as issues with the user's tax return or to provide requested services. Only information you have given us (including email address) is stored by us. We do not supplement your information with information from other companies. The exception to this would be when your employer has bought the services/products for bulk use for its employees and to facilitate that we may upload information provided by your employer. When you use calculators and other tools on our Web sites that may or may not require registration, eMindKPO.com may collect non-identifiable data from such tools, to help us customize offers and tools to your particular interests. eMindKPO.com will not record or track any data you enter into standalone tools and calculators in any way that identifies you personally, unless we specifically inform you that we are doing so at the time you provide such data. Charges

This Site reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site and Service/s and/or product/s upon reasonable prior notice. Such notice will be appearing on the site by displaying the new / revised charges for the service/s and/or product/s as offered time to time with or without modifications and on such display it will be presumed to be read by all users whether registered or not and no further notice would be required. The same will apply for any service/s or products being offered without any charges whenever made chargeable.

Payment Policy

The credit/debit card details disclosed by the customer for the purpose of availing eMindKPO's products/services shall be correct. The customer shall not use any credit/debit card which does not lawfully belong to him/her i.e. in a credit/debit card transaction, the customer must use his/her own credit/debit card. The customer further agrees and undertakes to disclose the correct and valid credit/debit card details to eMindKPO. Furthermore, the credit/debit card information will not be utilized and/or shared by eMindKPO with any third party unless expressly agreed upon by terms of agreement with third parties/ Alliance partners as enumerated/elaborated in the privacy policy or as required by and under any law, regulation or court order. eMindKPO will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud. The liability for the use of credit/debit card fraudulently will solely be borne by the customer and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall rest exclusively upon the customer. Similar to the utilization of personal information of credit/debit card as enumerated above, the same will apply to the information of net banking payment option usage i.e. user name and/or password etc. The customer also agrees and undertakes not to stop and/or dispute any credit/debit card payment once initiated by him/her. The customer further agrees that any expense/s incurred by eMindKPO consequent to his/her failing to abide by the aforementioned point, will be borne by him/her.Appropriate Individual Registration, Access and Conduct of user and content for personal use only. The eMindKPO.com service is made available for your non-commercial use only. You may not use the eMindKPO.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including misusing permanent account number (PAN) of another person or entity.

International users agree to comply with all Indian laws and regulations, including laws regulating the export of data from the United States or your country of residence. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, graphics, that you submit, and post on to eMindKPO.com service. Other examples of illegal or unauthorized uses include, but are not limited to: Modifying, adapting, translating, or reverse engineering any portion of the eMindKPO.com service. Transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature. Submitting false or misleading information. While eMindKPO.com prohibits such conduct on its site, you understand and agree that you nonetheless may be exposed to such misuse or blocking by other users and that you use the eMindKPO.com service at your own risk.For certain services such as email, contents and calculators, registration by the visitor is required. By registering, you agree to the following terms in addition to any other specific terms, which shall be posted at an appropriate location of the Site. Each registration is for a single individual user with creation of multiple taxpayers known to the registering user only. To access these services, you will be asked to enter your individual User Name, Password, Date of Birth, Secret Question, Email Address and Mobile Contact. Therefore, we do not permit any of the following:- Any other person sharing your User Name and Password unless your express permission is granted. Any part of the Site being cached in proxy servers and accessed by person/s who has not registered with eMindKPO.com as users of the Site and Service/s. If we reasonably believe that a User Name and Password are being used / misused in any manner as clarified above we reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address.
